Our aim is for all members of the company to find opportunities for personal development and growth. We therefore offer a regular programme of workshops, play-reading sessions, visits from professional practitioners, shadowing and mentoring opportunities and other activities aimed at acquiring new skills and inspiring confidence. Whether actor, writer, backstage technician or gofer, we will respond to individual aspirations and explore a wide range of theatre-making practices.
