It is an implicit part of our aim that all members of the company find opportunities for personal development and growth. We therefore offer a regular programme of workshops, play-reading sessions, shadowing and mentoring opportunities and other activities aimed at acquiring new skills and inspiring confidence. Whether actor, writer or backstage technician, we will respond to individual aspirations and explore a wide range of theatre-making practices.
